The story behind this woman's fat-shaming selfie is truly inspiring
When she overheard some comments about size in a clothes shop, Rachel Taylor was upset - but her defiant selfie has garnered her support from around the net
Plus size and perfect: Rachel Taylor bought this top as a stand against thoughtless fat-shaming
A woman who snapped a selfie in a high street dressing room has seen it go viral for the best reasons imaginable.
Rachel Taylor is standing proud in a Stars and Stripes vest top in the image, which she posted on the Old Navy store Facebook page on Friday.
But in the accompanying post she explains that purchasing the top came as a stand against some of the most hurtful fat-shaming she had heard.
Rachel begins: "I'd like to tell you the story behind this tank top and why I'll be rocking it for July 4."
She explains that she was standing by a teenage girl and her mother in the shop when the girl showed Mum a garment.
"The girl picked up a plus-size tank top, showed it to her mom and said, 'Look! Me and So-and-so can fit in this tank top!'
"Her mom laughed and said, 'Yeah, you could! That thing is huge!'"
Rachel admits on Facebook that she had an emotional reaction to such a mean comment.
Stand-up style: Rachel ended up buying the top because, as she explained, "I look fierce in it"
"I couldn't help it; I started crying. I guess the girl and her mom walked away. I have no idea.
"My husband walked me out of the store to the car. I sat in the car crying for a long time but eventually went back inside to finish my shopping."
Even though it had been a shopping trip to forget, Rachel will always remember her pride in that moment as she seized the day.
"I ended up buying that tank top because, it turns out, I look fierce in it!
She adds: "Be kind. Think about others before you speak. And if someone hurts you, you have to move on."
Old Navy got back to Rachel with the best kind of surprise, too: "Rachel, you are amazing. We want to celebrate your fierce style by sending you a gift card."
The comments below her post are a testament to the support that she's been receiving, with commenter saying: "Sweetie, you rock that tank top. You are beautiful", and M adding: "You are beautiful! Props to you for going back in... I can imagine the hurt you were feeling."
Rachel has since reposted on the original image adding her thanks to those who support her - and her acknowledgement to those who haven't.
"People should know that they are not alone in their struggles, and even if they seem silly to someone else, their feelings are still valid. As my Mama always says, "If you can't say anything nice, then don't say anything at all."

The World Cup 2014 soccer fever is began here!
Early the next morning was the opening match of the 20th edition of World Cup between host Brazil with Croatia to be held in Sao Paulo, Brazil at 4.00 am (Malaysian time). It seems nervous and virus long World Cup alight most people in the world to collectively watch all the matches live on television. There are parts of the former reality show entertainment fans choose to stop watching the shows (since 2006 yet) where their eyes are focused on the live broadcast of the World Cup soccer. Not only memorable entertainment reality show, but all the other reality shows including religious'm also forgetting the World Cup due to a virus which affects most of the fans of the most important sporting events in the world. Welcome to watch live World Cup!

7 days left, to World Cup 2014!
To date, six of the 19 editions of the FIFA World Cup™ have been won by the host team.
After the first two (Uruguay 1930 and Italy 1934), the hosts had to wait 32 years before they could lift the Trophy again, with England the team to oblige in 1966.
Following two wins by the hosts in 1974 (Germany FR) and 1978 (Argentina), there was another 20-year break before France became the sixth and, to date, last home favourites to prevail.
The question is: will six become seven at Brazil 2014?

MH370 Lost in Indian Ocean: Najib confirms much feared news
KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib tonight confirmed the much feared news that flight MH370 had crashed into the Indian Ocean west off the coast of Perth, Australia.
This, he said, was discovered by British satellite company Inmarsat, which adopted a never before used algorithm to calculate the last known location of the missing plane."Using a type of analysis never used before in an investigation of this sort, they (insmarsat) have been able to shed light on the MH370's flight path.
"Based on the new analysis, Inmarsat and the Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) have concluded that MH370 flew along the southern corridor and its last position was in the middle of the Indian Ocean west of Perth.
"This is a remote location, far from any possible landing site.
"It is therefore with deep sadness and regret that I must inform you that according to this new data, flight MH370 ended in the southern Indian Ocean."
Najib said more details would be revealed in a press conference tomorrow, adding that the families of the passengers and crew on the flights had been briefed by Malaysia Airlines on this tragic outcome.
